Returns can be made for refunds via your original mode of payment within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the returnable items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their tags intact. Please note that there is a flat shipping rate of $8 and the return must also include a valid Order Reference number (e.g LBUSXXXXXXXXX), as well as a completed Returns Form.
Exclusions
The following categories are not returnable or exchangeable: Sale items (with marked-down prices), intimates, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle, and gifts. The sales of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Reimbursement & processing time
Your refund will be processed via your original mode of payment within 14 business days from when we receive it. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.
Do return your order to us via ReturnHelper (instructions below) as unreceived returns via a non-traceable mode of postage will not be reimbursed.

Step 1: Register on ReturnHelper here. Once you're done, a confirmation email containing your return label will be sent to you!
Fill in the following information under product information:
Order ID: E.g. LBUSXXXXXXXXX
Weight: 1 piece = 400g
Item code: Look into your order history here. E.g. TH1756-085-L
Description: Clothing
Address: Kindly enter your street number into the Address 2 field.
You will be required to fill up all fields before you are able to click on the "calculate shipping cost" button.
Step 2: Make payment.
Step 3: Print out the return label (you should receive this in your email!) and paste it on the parcel.
Step 4: Drop off your return parcel at any USPS or FedEx station within 30 days from the date you receive your label.

*For return orders, you will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes incurred.
I no longer wish to return my order, can I cancel my return and request a refund of the shipping fees?
If you would like to cancel your return and request a refund of the shipping fees, simply drop us a message at shippinglabel@returnhelper.com or reach out to us here for a refund within 7 days after the label creation to cancel your return.
Kindly note that you'll be required to pay the shipping fee for your return parcel to be sent back to you.
